[time-nuts] Fury Interface Board: How about TI OPA277?

A schematic illustrating how one can translate a 0-5v EFC signal to a
-5V to +5V swing for an HP10811A is attached.

For clarity the supply bypass caps have been omitted as have the EFC low
pass filter components.

No precision resistors are required they are all provided on chip.

The AD586 is depicted merely to illustrate the principle, substitute any
suitable low noise 5V reference device.
