Modern data centers that are well run are controlled by much more
sophisticated control loops.  You have to manage RH in addition to
temperature, and you have to maintain good balance throughout the space.
The need changes with the compute load.  Check out HP Lab's SmartCooling(tm)
work if you want to know more.
