[time-nuts] HP 5061A Info requested

I am brand new to this list. I have a HP 5061B cesium standard here that 
won't power up. I suspect issues on the power supply regulator board 
XA-15 p/n 05061-6150. Unfortunately my 5061A manual is sufficiently 
different as to be useless. Does anyone on the list have a source for a 
service manual or at the least a schematic for this suspect PCB?
