[time-nuts] Lucent RFTG-m-XO 15MHz -> 10MHz

The oscillator really runs at 10 MHz and is multiplied to 15 (I think
via a divide by 3, then multiply by 2). You should be able to bypass
the divider/multiplier circuit and route the original 10 MHz to the
output. However, I think there is an alarm circuit that looks for the
presence of RF; you need to make sure that isn't bypassed as well.
