The only significant spec difference is in the reverse isolation (a few 
dB) and channel to channel isolation (20dB).
Perhaps the cheaper version forgoes some internal shielding.
The phase noise floor spec is somewhat higher than the state of the art 
as well as being higher than that of some OCXOs.
