[time-nuts] DMTD mixer question

Matt,

No, Webpack is not time limited.   Only the feature set is a bit 
limited (no specialized libraries and addons).

There is also a limitation concerning gate count, but I think 
Spartan3e with  500 kgates will pass.

I have full set (academic license)  and the board, in case You 
stumble on any limitation.
