The Jupiter receiver used in the Miller design doesnt have an auto
survey mode.
Its essentially a navigation receiver with timing capability.
It has no built in TRAIM capability like the Motorola and Trimble timing
receivers so there is no simple way to quickly detect degradation of the
timing signal.
However the position status message has sufficient information for an
external implementation of TRAIM like functionality.
The UTC time mark pulse message also has a time mark validity flag.
