You'll have to find a way to clear the battery-backed RAM. Try
:SYST:PRES - it's a nasty command which resets everything to factory
defaults, including the Smart Clock parameters and surveyed location and
time. It may do what you want, although the unit will take days to
return to peak performance. 

:SYST:PON may cause a cold start, but won't reset the parameters.

You'd be better off to simply wait for a new almanac to download.
