[time-nuts] Looking for Gertsch 60KHz Comparator manual

I have a Gertsch 60KHz Comparator and am looking for a manual with 
schematic.

The back of the unit has Singer Co. Metrics Div. Model RLF -1.

I have searched the web with no luck.
