[time-nuts] Ten minutes past ten

Hi Bill,

It is nothing too mysterious.  It is simply a pleasing position for
the hands to be in... forms sort of a smile.

This question has been asked on the various watchmaker lists for
a long, long time, and the conclusion always seems to be the same,
10:10 provides a pleasing appearance to the hands.
