[time-nuts] Power supply help

See the December 1973 HP Journal for an article on these and some specs.

I have only used the 28V version.

Be careful when testing despite the fact that the test procedure
requires it, they dont like starting into a short circuit (at leas the
one I used didn't and took out all the switching devices).
