I have a couple of "dead" E1938A's.  Your more than welcome to a
'pulled' U105
if that's any help.  Postage to the States would be reasonable.

The E1938A I have has an empty socket for U105.
Does anyone know what it was used for ?

It is a 16C74 8 Bit uController.
