[time-nuts] Lady Heather Update

Both the old & new versions of Heather run fine on my Win-XP pc here.   Help
only flashes on the screen, but the 3 screen options all work fine.

I do not know... British Museum maybe?

I tried to recompile in my Cygwin environment but with no luck, failed
to compile.

It seems to be beyond me... I know nothing about Windows... I just need
to run the damn thing for some apps...
