[time-nuts] 5061B Parts Help

I have a 5061B that I have resuscitated but it is missing some of the
mechanical parts that link the OSC FREQUENCY COARSE adjustment to the 10811.
It is not a terrible problem since I can reach the adjustment with a long
'twiddler' but I thought I would try to find or make replacement parts.

What I am missing are parts MP1, MP3, H2, MP4, H6, H7, H1, H5 and MP2 as
shown on the attached (somewhat poor) scan from the manual, going from the
front panel to the 10811.  The real problem, I suspect, will be parts MP1,
MP2, MP3 and MP4.

Might anyone have these parts?  Failing that, does anyone have a functioning
unit that you can send me some pictures and a description of this portion of
the unit?  I would like to see what it is supposed to look like before I
begin fabrication.
