[time-nuts] Any 3048A experts out there??

Hello,

I have a working 3048A phase noise test set.  I'm trying to get a new
computer to work with the system.

I have finally got the computer to talk to the HPIB 82335A HPIB card.

I am using windows 98.

When I run the PN.exe program, it immediately says that it can't find the
HPIB card.

However if I run the cal.exe program, that works fine and talks to all my
devices.

As far as I can see the PN.exe and cal.exe use the same configuration files.

Any ideas??
