[time-nuts] WWV Clock

I have two inexpensive WWVB clocks and one updated correctly, the
other didn't. Since they are identical models, I have to assume that
one of them just missed the transmission.

As for moving to AZ, I like that idea. I'm next door in NM and I never
have liked the idea of DST.
