[time-nuts] Thunderbolt and serial mouse

Thanks Scott and others.

Turns out that /FASTDETECT was already in my boot.ini but I had the 
problem anyway.

Robert's suggestion to use Device Manager to disable the serial mouse 
worked and I'm in business.

Appreciate the help from everyone.
