Hi

The GPSDO should be pretty good at reporting it's own health. Lady Heather and the other programs are very useful to decode the binary "stuff" that the GPSDO's commonly put out. If everything has been on for a week or so, I would trust the GPSDO to be close enough to tell you what's going on.
