[time-nuts] 4 KV Power Supply Recommendations

For a simple 3500V supply, assemble a Cockroft walton multiplier and 
drive it with a flyback mode switching regulator chip.

Alternatively find one of the old Fluke or similar regulated High 
voltage supplies intended for use with Photomultipliers.
