[time-nuts] Test Equipment

One thing I would get (and have gotten) is a GPSDO. They
are relatively inexpensive (<$100) and will provide a
reference for your Frequency Counter.
This will enable accurate frequency measurement that the
old 5345 (of which I have two) cannot do on it's own.
