[time-nuts] Z3801A Frequency Jump

I came home and checked my timing system and seen where one of my Z3801A
GPSDO had a frequency jump.

Attached is a PDF file with two drawings. The first drawing is a screen
dump from GPS Con, the Z3801A controller program. Note is shows a 500
some units jump in EFC and phase jump of -274 nanoseconds.

The second drawing is a chart from Excel. The Z3801A 1 PPS was being
compared against a HP5065A rubidium and this data is the 100 second
averages record by TAC32. Note is shows a 200 nS jump too. The scale
of the plot is in microseconds (I run a 10 uS offset for some long term
drift experiments).

I cannot remember what causes this from past discussions - it may be an
oven regulator....
