[time-nuts] GPIB to serial

Looking at Ulrich's EZGPIB program, it appears that I should be able
to use it. I did find the online manual for the GPIB-232CV-A. While I
wait for the device to arrive, I have some reading to do.

Antonio, just out of curiousity, what software did you use?
