I was looking for doc on the 527 a few months ago and finally got to the
guy at Tracor who knew about it. He poinbted me to this guy:

Roland Becton
Becton Enterprises
Austin, Tx

512 251 1460
becton.ent at att.net

who currently supports the units, as much as anybody still supports them.
I was looking for a manual for the 527E w/ schematics, but never got it.

In comparing the parts list for the 527A and 527E, the ONLY difference as
I remember was in 1 board... the one that drives the meter... and the
front panel, of course. The other board part numbers are identical.

The one board would be pretty straight forward to trace, IMO.

Best,
-John
