[time-nuts] HP5065A Rubidium 2nd Harmonic Readings

John finally pulled out the manual on the 5065 and see the caps. You say
they are tantalums, those are always good for trouble. They are for a heck
of a lot of dampening from what I can see. When I get a moment will check
them out will be interesting if they to have failed.
