He will be missed.

Unfortunately, Chuck Norton, owner of Frequency Standards & Services, 
Colorado Springs, died Friday, 3 September 2010 in Denver's VA Hospital 
after loosing his battle against cancer. Chuck was a real prince of a guy, 
well respected by all here in Colorado Springs, with ethics beyond reproach 
and always willing to help anyone he could. He will be missed.
