Over the last 3 months I've been able to acquire two HP5328's shipped to more 
door in Canada for approx $100.00 or less with 10811's (and the "C channel", and 
GPIB) from the usual auction site.  They also have a nice multi turn trimpot 
that allows the frequency to be easily adjusted.
