The Motorola MCM68766 is listed as a direct pip-for-pin replacement for the 
Mostek device.  If your programmer can handle the Motorola part, you should 
be able to read the Mostek devices and write the data into a Motorola part. 
I bought a supply of the MCM68766 EPROMs a few years ago (Ebay), and still 
have a few.  Jameco used to stock them, but apparently, no longer.
I checked Ebay just now... there are several vendors selling them.  One 
vendor is offerring ten in a package deal for $20 + S/H (Item # 
350344738234).
