Another possible solution is to use a Rubidium stabilised oscillator like a LPRO which has been set to your preferred frequency. If my aged brain remembers my calculation correctly, it is spec'd to be accurate to one second in 30 years, so you might have to correct your clock every decade or so. cheers, Neville Michie
