It sounds like a Timekeeper-series part
(http://www.wenzel.com/pdffiles1/Oscillators/TMK.pdf) but with 9 pins
instead of 7.  Drop a note to sales (at) wenzel.com -- if the customer that
originally ordered the part is no longer in business, they will often be
able to dig up the original data sheet for you.
