A GPS L2 capable receiver would maybe survive... but they are not many 
so far.

Few receivers use the 24 MHz bandwidth, it used to be only 20,46 MHz for 
P(Y) capable receivers.

Would be fun if someone could measure what happends to that piece of 
spectrum.
