[time-nuts] Changes in new LH 3 beta of 5-Jan?

Not much -- I just increased the stack space in an effort to fix (or at
least track down) an issue I'm seeing on one machine here.  Also renamed the
desktop shortcuts to clarify that one will access a remote unit and the
other will access a local unit on COM1.
