Googling "flat coax cable" returns a number of hits. Apparently, these "flat" cables can be had for a few $/piece in the US.

To get through windows without drilling och sawing, I found a very flat
"flex-cable", that you can close your window over.

It is probably mostly for people wanting to get a cable through to a sat
dish or outside TV antenna in apartment buildings.

It is probably 75ohm and has F-connectors, but for say a T-bolt you
already have a 75ohm F at the receiver.
