[time-nuts] Softpal VLF software?

Wolf makes this a "working" program and there is the facility to lock to GPS
or a local VLF station I believe. He is very approachable and ready to help.
The program is very complex due to all the odd facilities that have been
included over the years.
For those that want to VLF phase measurement look at "Clicklock" by Peter
Martinez  (G3PLX) or a GUI frontended version called "Phasescope" by Scott
Tilley VE7TIL  These were developed for LF phase monitoring on the amateur
136kHz band in Europe, and Canada.
