[time-nuts] VIGO time interval devices

I have interpreted this way: at 8pS resolution at most you can record 16.6
minutes data. You can see that they declare a one-shot resolution of 8pS
under "Built-in Analysis" "Single-shot resolution of each measurement is
selectable..."
