[time-nuts] Lucent 40 dB Antenna

Too bad there wasn't an amateur radio allocation at 902 MHz in the early 
1970's - the troposcatter stations I serviced would have been awesome - 
2x 10Kw into paired 60' dishes, but no az or el control!
