Thanks for the offer, but yes, those are the mini contacts.  I've got a 
few of them and they just don't fit.  I actually scored a box of the 
right connectors on the auction site a few weeks ago.  I've thought 
about how to turn and support the contacts.  I doubt that I'll go that 
route because if I have to I can salvage spare contacts from the 
existing boards.  Each board has 16 contacts, but they don't use them 
all.  But I'd hate to do that.
