I just powered up one of my MV89A's and measured ~7 dBm into my HP 8920B, but as Tom has mentioned some MV89A's develop
a dry joint around the output bypass capacitor http://www.hellocq.net/forum/showthread.php?t=283551

What is the date and revision number on yours? I have 2 here 07/34 and 07/31 both Rev 3 bought from fluke.l
