The problem with the U-Blox receiver is that it does not have TRAIM as does  
the Motorola UT+ and some others that are made specifically for timing  
applications.  Just be aware of that when trying to decide on which receiver

I have experience with the LEA5-T in timing mode and, and of course, it
works as expected. You can set not only how many samples to take but also
the variance to achieve before starting the position-hold/timing mode.
