[time-nuts] FE-5680A adjustment screw?

I was looking at them also but thought if I tried to use them the soot would

The circuit board near the 9 pin connector has a number of pads
which appear to be option jumper sites.   If so it would be nice to
know what they do.... just think of the possibilities..
