First column is MJD, second column is seconds this day, third column is
length of the line,
rest of the line is whatever was read in from the serial port.
Note that the seconds in col 2 are off by 1 from the seconds in the T2 format
message. I assume the T2 format message describes the time for the next PPS
pulse.
The first of the marked lines says 235960 so the HP Z3801 did the right thing.
The second of the tagged lines shows a repeat of 235959 so the OS set the
clock back a second.
