Sure, the MAX2769 is a standard GPS L1 frontend with integrated PLL,
quadrature modulators, AGC and 2bit ADCs. Nothing too fancy, but
nice and neatly integrated. All you need is crystal and a uC to process
the data. The only drawback is that it comes in a 5x5mm QFN chip.
It's optimized for small, not easy hand soldering.
