Does it have a way to 'control' it (discipline?) for use in a gps-timing 
application.

I would love to get one for approx $45

But with shipping to Denmark , and then VAT + Customs-fee ,
it would end up in approx. $120.

So i'll use my Tbolt.
Im just needing a Distribution Amp. , and the TAPR-1 is NA :-(
