I reviewed my email archive. Emails regarding my purchase from "agilentused" came from, and went to, the SMTP address of "ebay at agilent.com". 

It took almost 12 weeks to get my scope with the software options I ordered. In compensation for the delay, ebay at agilent.com sent me two additional software license keys via email.
