[time-nuts] Counters for ADEV measurements

I also would love to get some hints/tips/secrets on ADEV measurement 
with my Phillips PM6680 - Clocked by a Tbolt.

According to the Specs it should have :

250 ps single-shot time interval resolution
100 ps averaged time interval resolution 

Does anyone know if it suffers from the same 5/10Mhz issues as the HP's , 
the paper john presented wasn't clear about the pendulum models ?

I'm also using timelab , to do the measurements.
