Attached is the ADEV of the Yb clock, extracted from the Sciencexpress article which is available to all at:

Too often technical articles are hidden behind paywalls or non-indexed technical conference proceedings. A wonderful exception has always been the NIST Time & Frequency Division (www.nist.gov/pml/div688) which maintains an indexed, searchable, copyright-free, open archive of more than 50 years and thousands of papers related to our precise timekeeping hobby:

Just search for Yb or Optical Lattice or in this case the author's name (Ludlow).
