What are those folks flying GPS on CubeSats using?

I do believe they roll their own. Did ask Tom Clark K3IO at the
Orlando AMSAT convention this year about the exact topic you gentlemen
are discussing. His comment was that there was only the "Scud Rule" to
deal with.
