[time-nuts] Locked onto LORAN 8970 GRI Monday AM

at 17:45Z, after 27 hours of continuous lock:
freq offset is now -2.1E-12 and has been as low as -7E-13, compared to 
T'Bolt 10 MHz.
Master station is at 59 dB, slave is at 63 dB signal strength.
