[time-nuts] GPIB counter logging / plotting software?

I have the USB/GPIB Prologix thingy also.

My Racal 1992 on "talk" mode just sends the
readings down the wire.  I can collect them
with regular serial port work on the PC side.

I don't really understand GPIB or "talk" mode.
But the readings show up on my serial port.
