[time-nuts] FE 5860A breakout board

Some two years back, Ian Muir (AKA Gonzo?) produced a breakout board
for the FE 5860A, one of which I have. Needless to say, I managed to
loose (tidy away!) the documentation.

Despite searching the archives and google, I cannot find a link to
this. perhaps somebody can help.
