[time-nuts] GPS & solar-flare

No, my Tbolt & Z3801A carried on, although the Z801A did drop to 1 
satellite a few times which is rather unusual.  The attached picture 
shows what happened.  Times are UTC.  Location is N 50:28, W 104:37.
